Meet the Founder: Louise Rumball
For Me, This Is Personal.
Creating The Rally was born from my own reckoning with what success was costing me.
As an ex-lawyer, three-time founder, and top 1% podcaster, I spent years in the cycle: push harder, achieve more, crash, repeat. For 15 years, I also battled an autoimmune disorder no doctor could explain.
I tried everything. What finally shifted wasn't slowing down or "finding balance" - it was movement. Moving stress hormones through my body, moving energy through my body and shifting my state, my emotions and everything I was holding onto.
So I created the Rally™. A supercharged beat based walk for women just like me, to interrupt their day in as little as 6 minutes. I can’t wait for you to try it.
